Pets Day at Nursing Home
The Morris Community High School Interact Club visited the Morris Rehabilitation Center (Grundy County Home) on
May 15. For “Pet Day”, the Interact members visited with the residents, along with various puppy dogs. Those members
participating included Shelly Hanson, Laura Wills, Jessie Georgacopolous, Tasha Sallee and Tammy Shannon.
Aimee Costello, Faculty Advisor for the MCHS Interact Club, provided the pictures. Steve Roth is the liaison for the Morris
Rotary Club to Interact.

Interact group gather items for St. Jude's
The
Interact Club at Morris Community High School recently collected small
craft items, photo albums, disposable camera, DVDs and other great
things for various age groups of children at St. Jude's Children's
Hospital.

Each Interact member brought in a minimum of three items for a child
and with the help of the Morris Rotary Club, the students mailed it all
off to the hospital Wednesday, Nov 14.
The Morris High School INteract Club is a great groups of students who
volunteer their time and work to be future leaders under their host,
Morris Rotary Club.
On Nov 18th, the club raked leaves with the Morris Rotary at the
Narvick home - an annual project. Aimee Costello is student
advisor for Interact Club

Clean
up at Narvick Properties – Several Morris Rotary Members and about 25
Morris High School Interact students participated in a cleanup at the
Narvick house and adjacent properties on Saturday, November 18, 2006.
They also cleaned gutters at Paul Jung’s home. Paul continues his
cancer treatments in Rochester, MN.
